      Pros

      Good top out pay. Take forever to get there though.

      Cons

      Everything else. Always want more more more with less less less. Every time you come to work something new added to job while they will change something in policy to take something away. Management never happy with what you do. FMC as a company is even worse then the management.

      Got hired 6 months ago, So far good pay and good working environment.

      Scary due to changes, I hope the company becomes better.
