Pros
It’s a job. It’s a good place to work until you find something better. It’s a good entry level position since you only get paid $15 per hour.
Cons
The office is very unsanitary, you will see bugs everywhere, you do not get any type of benefits (pto, health, etc) until 6 months. So since there isn’t PTO, people are coming to work sick which then puts others at risk, the bonus structure is a joke. You have to have 40 hours a week, so if you miss a day, you are required to make those days up or you will get written up. I’m
