Very motivating and well-organized manager and team – they create a positive atmosphere that makes the hard days feel worthwhile and keep everyone pushing forward together. A lot of work, especially during peak year events (like seasonal rushes or big promotions), which keeps things dynamic and prevents boredom – you stay busy and the time flies by.

Bad equipment – outdated or poorly maintained forklifts and other tools make the job harder and sometimes riskier than it should be, leading to frustration and slower efficiency on a daily basis.
