      Pros

      Company is poised to be a disruptor - main competitors are very stagnant and dealing with a ton of tech debt. FLiiP is very eager to move quickly and lean into new technologies, and very open to try new ideas and take input from everyone at the company. There is a very strong team identity where anyone in the company can put forward ideas of how to improve. Great spot to be if your looking to help make the playbook rather than just follow one.

      Not a spot for passengers - everyone here drives the mission forward.
