Pros
Nothing is satisfying about working for this company.
Cons
I joined FLS Connect as a TSR hoping for a stable, remote job, but what I got was a nightmare. From day one, you're paid a measly $11/hr during “training” (which feels more like punishment), and they’ll dangle the promise of $16/hr in week four—if you survive their constant micromanagement and nasty callers. They have live monitoring on every call; you're required to be on Zoom, no exceptions. Meanwhile, the callers themselves are horrid. I’ve been screamed at, cussed out, and subjected to cruel, profanity-laced tirades more times than I can count. There's also a slight undercurrent of bias, favoritism, and microaggressions (Not surprising, being you're working for an organization that helps fund Republican politicians through questionable, unethical means). Some seem to take pleasure in belittling you for even the slightest error. Bottom line, if you value your self-esteem, mental health, and dignity, run the other way. FLS Connect is a toxic blender of tyrannical oversight, verbal abuse, and paycheck promises that aren’t worth the emotional toll.
