This is the best run Series A I've ever worked at by a long shot. I think this is because the core team has been together for over a decade and they really know how to treat people and have a deep trust and respect for the entire organization. From day one, I felt seen, heard and respected. Teams are organized and productive without taking themselves too seriously. This is a group that has FUN together while building a product that is really changing the game.

Like any startup in 2024, this is a distributed team and a little extra effort is needed to collaborate with coworkers across the globe. But that's everywhere.

They seem to have amazing infrastructure in terms of AI and AI platform. They manage to deliver well, and seems like they have a good future. Very interesting feedback from customers + big logos.

A lot of sturtup culture, building parts on the go. Started in the EU, still unknown in the US
