A mission driven company that has a positive impact on farmers in developing countries. It is a diverse company that has a fun social culture and gives the opportunity to work with people in other countries. The work involves various types of imported products.

Very minimal benefits package in U.S. office(very good in some other offices such as Germany, South Africa & India), minimal paid vacation and paid sick days(that don't accrue to the next year if not used), they recently stopped allowing employees to take unpaid leave when more time is needed than the allocated paid time, very strict on working hours and a difficult hierarchy with management that doesn't listen to feedback from employees and does not address the needs of the employees.

There are many opportunity to grow in other areas, as well as learning new topics without previous knowledge.
