I have been very impressed with their honesty and balanced approach to business. Even when making tough business decisions they have been honest about why and what they feel is best. I appreciate them treating employees like professionals who can handle the ups and downs of business. They offer a fair salary and good benefits.

No major cons, The industry is new and ever changing so you have growth and the usual growing pains that come with it.

- Good work-life balance and generally well-intentioned people. - Focus on charging reliability is still the north star of the company.

- Outdated and overpriced product portfolio makes it extremely uncompetitive in the market. - Weak financial position and terrible corporate strategy (basically stay the course even though the market has moved on). - High technical debt along with reduced resources makes catching up near impossible, unless they somehow manage to find multiple 10x programmers/engineers. - Little to no ownership offered to most people from sales to marketing to engineering to directly address many real internal and external issues. - Bloated middle management who generally do not contribute to the work that needs to be done, are generally narrow minded/non-technical, and who do not care about understanding the needs of customers or sales and would prefer to work on and deliver vanity projects. - People yap too much and rarely debate things based on their merits, instead choosing to debate or discredit counterarguments with unrelated points about how proper process wasn't followed/work is outside the scope of certain roles, or similar. - Strong Francophone/Anglophone divide as well as obvious favoritism which manifests itself in high performers being laid off while low performers/obstructors survive round after round.
