Ability to work with some very talented individuals on interesting products.
Cons
Low morale, poor comms/co-operation at management and department levels, which is below the standards of a company of this size and capability. Lacking resources in some key areas, which is causing frustration and stress. From a local level, HR seems unsympathetic towards employees, incompetent and is neither energizing nor inspiring.
