Pros
Great space for autonomous working, both in working patterns and creativity. Lots of space for new ideas and innovation. Really good atmosphere, inclusive and everyone pitches in. Fun socials. Excellent compensation packages including bonuses.
Cons
None that I can think of, the company is growing quickly so it'll be more a case of maintaining the great culture as we go forward.
