I joined Five Holdings with the genuine intention of contributing positively and professionally. However, the work environment I encountered was deeply disappointing. I experienced a lack of support, respect, and psychological safety, which ultimately compelled me to resign. Throughout my time there, I was subjected to repeated instances of unprofessional conduct that had a serious impact on my mental and emotional well-being. Most distressing was being yelled at and spoken to in an insulting, demeaning manner by my reporting manager—on multiple occasions and in the presence of others. Such behavior is not only unacceptable but also deeply humiliating and contrary to the standards of a respectful, professional workplace. With over years of professional experience in the UAE, having served in well-established and reputed organizations, I have never encountered such a toxic and disrespectful workplace culture. The treatment I received was not only disheartening but stood in stark contrast to the values expected from any professional organization.
