Pros
Most of the employees were good people, and kept the otherwise bleak and pathetic surroundings and company "policies" with good humor. Misery loves company, I suppose.
Cons
The company's policy and concerns have little to do with accuracy and professionalism–it's quantity over quality, considering the company is giving/selling health/exercise advice which is largely just repackaged half-thought random internet "research" by equally apathetic fresh out of college youth. That's simply unethical and socially and morally irresponsible–you're publishing health advice to "experts" and "professionals" as a "expert/professional" which are nothing more than cheap magazine-esque articles. Wikipedia doesn't count as real research, and neither do articles in things like "Men's Health." Somehow, the company doesn't seem to care (mostly the CEO who is too busy trying to convince hapless investors in the company).
