Expected to work when not clocked in or on salary. Executives expect too much for what a lot of facilities actually offer. You come out of pocket for a lot of expenses and have to request reimbursement but it has to items the corporation deem necessary and they'll have a solution to every matter even if they do not fully comprehend the facts. Underpaid positions. Commission is hardly attainable--specifications and only 10% of EFT. People say they scam their memberships but honestly, it's just the employees.
