- FIRST is hands down the most respectful company I have ever worked for. Unlike many in the industry, the company proactively endeavours to provide manageable working hours alongside a generous and appropriately experienced team on events to handle the demands - Fantastic travel opportunities; I have been to 5 different countries with work in the 6 months I have been here which has on occasion enabled me stop offs in other locations en route home which is a huge plus point - The company is experiencing incredible growth which in time will undoubtedly reflect in the scope of events and opportunities for employees - There is very much an open-door policy and senior management encourage ideas and are open to change
Cons
- Whilst the company has been around for some years the policies and procedures are still evolving - A more thorough induction process may be beneficial, that said I was very happy to hit the ground running and relished the opportunity to be given complete autonomy on a project from the get go
