Pros
Work-life balance is great, flexible schedule, some of the best managers, good pay, interesting work with a great mission
Cons
Only major con is that the better employees get rewarded with more work. Fairly focused on hours worked rather than amount of work done. A good manager does their best to mitigate this, but the higher ups need to feel the same.
