Pros

No agency or PR industry BS. Truly good quality people who are nice and smart. Leadership sincerely wants the best for all staff. Generous perks that actual mean something to the staff: if you want to work from home periodically, and you're committed to your teams and the agency, it will happen. If you're curious about moving to another Finn office, and you're dedicated to the agency, they'll make every effort to accommodate you. If you take initiative, you will be rewarded.

Cons

If you don't take initiative, you won't be rewarded. If your work is mediocre, inconsistent, or your attitude is entitled, you won't thrive here, or in any top-notch PR agency. If you want to be coddled, or told your awesome when you're only giving 50%, look elsewhere.

Pros

Prioritizes work-life balance and enormous openness to feedback.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth (I was part of a team that had no promotions in 6+ years, despite the fact that all of them are amazing), DEI façade to "pretend" they're part of a progressive movement (I'm nonbinary, I said this in my application and interview process, and literally no one ever used my correct pronouns, especially my manager who I talked about this with several times), and there's a lot of chaos that folks simply accept as a fact of life rather than something to grow from and improve. There's simply no desire to collaborate for growth—literally one of the most dysfunctional places I've worked at.
