Thank you for your review. We proud of our total rewards (aka "benefits package") - it truly is incredible! And we hear you on making improvements to "long time processes." But, we'd argue that many (MANY) of these have been simplified over the last couple years, thanks to support and direction to "keep things simple" from senior leadership. We're very optimistic those "long time processes" will be relics of the past with time!
