Great Pay starting rate was great considering I was a college student making a good $10/hr with commission pay
Cons
Millage on you car driving around to different stores, Does not pay taxes for you so you will end up owing the IRS at the end of the year. No room for advancement you'll stay at the same entry level.

Thank you for your feedback. Our In-Store Marketing Reps are NOT independent contractors; they fill out a W-4 tax form at the start of employment with our company.
Tax liability must be calculated by the employee and changes to the form are allowed throughout the year. If not enough tax is withheld- according to the information provided by the employee- only then might an employee owe taxes at the end of the year.
We do offer room for advancement to those that demonstrate exceptional skills and professionalism. If you do seek growth opportunities with us, please contact HR to discuss potential careers.
Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re glad you enjoyed the relaxed, supportive environment and working with our team. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter.

High turnover due to burnout and lack of genuine support.
Training can feel more like indoctrination than skill-building.
Company culture prioritizes image and sales over authenticity and transparency.
