Direct access to C-suites of blue-chip clients on pressing issues. Many brilliant colleagues and a strong network across offices. US leadership is friendly and accessible. Resilient and growing business with ambitious leadership. Culture of hiring from within with many staying decades. Very nice people. Seen as a top name to have on your resume in this industry - if you can make it here you can do it anywhere.

Compensation disparity across practice groups is understandable for hours worked and fees generated but should be more transparent. Global promotion structure is not unified. Culture in many US offices is either wholly that of old compay (F, G, or S) or not quite united.
