      Pros

      Fast pace environment, some people are great. Good products.

      Cons

      No communication, no concerns for employees. No work-life balance, they expect daily overtime. No possibility to work remote even if your position allows it.

      We are happy to hear you have been indulging in some of our great products. As a growing company, our entrepreneurial spirit drives us to continuously innovate and expand. While most positions at FGF do offer remote work flexibility some that are connected to manufacturing do require our Team Members to be in. This is very much role based.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
