      Free fresh baked goods to get you fat and lazy

      Cons

      Management have no clue how to run a team, job duties are all over the place with no direction. Turnaround in this company is like a revolving door and management will throw you under the bus every chance they get to make themselves look better than you even though it's not your fault.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
