      Pros

      I had a good experience working here. I liked that it was easy work and there were a lot of nice perks like free samples and the company would reimburse you for your safety shoes (up to $150). They always followed safety regulations and the factories were never in any kind of disrepair. It was a very comfortable and safe working environment. If you’re thinking of working here, I’d say go for it.

      Cons

      I didn’t get along with all of my coworkers, but that’s just me.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
