      Pros

      Has all the atmosphere of a startup with the efficiency of a corporation. It’s no surprise that the company is doing as well as it is. The benefits as well as the pay are quite good. We’re well compensated for the work that we do. There was plentiful work even during the coronavirus.

      Cons

      There’s always something to do. You’ll be on the move your entire shift.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
