      Amazing people to work with. The former leadership was fantastic and really seemed to care about us.

      Cons

      The new leadership above the agency level wants to do away with the agency. They put people in charge who didn't even know there was a Hurricane Season.

      Work life balance is good. You come, you do your work, you go home. Casual work environment. Hybrid, but a lot of flexibility to be remote

      Cons

      If you're not ex-Military or an older white man, you'll have respect performed to you but not actually given. You might be in the room, but you'll be ignored or talked over.
