Easy to get away with minimum effort. Just stay slightly above the threshold and you can cruise for years, if that's what you're looking for.

Real lack of organization or structure. High staff turnover. 5 senior leaders/partners quit in 2016 to start their own firm. Leadership is poor. Pay is below market. Company is very top heavy. Bonuses and pay raises are low, and rare. Decision makers lack experience and often make the wrong decision. Two of the original owners retired in 2016. Extensive travel is expected with no reimbursement or recognition for weekend or evening travel or work. Outlook is not good for this sinking ship.
