Pros

The person who "trained" us was a good guy

Cons

I joined the grabiate program and left after 3 days., Others in my group left before me. Essentially they "hire" you and try and place you on one of their client sites which are few and far between. Why are they so avaid about hiring? It's because they do not pay you, if you don't get placed you still need to turn up everyday without pay for 6 months then they will eventually drop you. This is a shady company as they try and get you to sign a contract saying that if you leave, you will be liable for the "training" costs. I left on day 3 as that is when you had to make your decision and sign your life away. The trainking which in my case was a Prince 2 course which costs £300. My first 3 days were learning "proffesinal" skills such as locking your computer when you leave your desk, how to give a good handshake and also how to use email. This is suppose to be the training you are liable for 20k if you leave once you sign the contract. The culture was also not right to begin with. It seemed people were afraid and didn't talk, those who were benched were sitting in the office (without pay) desperately hoping for a job. Now I have actually worked in several reputable companies I realise how bad this place is. Their business model preys on desperate graduates. Please do yourself a favour bet on yourself, something better will come along it did for me, I left this place to go work in Tesco stacking shelf that's how bad it was. I am now working as a consultant in a senior role. I wrote a review a few years ago but it was removed, so hopefully this gets through to one person. You are better than this place, believe in yourself.

Pros

It is a job that pays.

Cons

They will promise you opportunities that don't exist. The company they contract you to will promise you work that you will not be assigned. I was a Java Consultant with a masters degree in Math and certificate in full stack and I was shoved into a manual testing position that required zero coding and constantly dangled automation in front of my face. When I was asked to look at Selenium, I studied it in some of the copious amounts of downtime i had and was reprimanded during the next meeting for 'wasting company time'. I moved from Texas to New Jersey for my first position. After contracts with the company were terminated, I was pulled off my assignment only to be abruptly fired for "lack of geoflexibility" despite willingness to move to several places they do business including NYC and even Denver. There is no accountability from them as the only response they give is "the decision is final". There is no way to appeal a blatant lie. Their company has no integrity and side with business majors over people that know how chemicals and physics and electrical components work just seem like bad life decisions. They will say you can reapply but they won't hire you. They'd full of it at every angle.
