Foot in the door in large corporations which can lead to permanent positions in the company
Cons
Low pay for the first two years (below industry standard), you can't leave the contract within the first two years without the threat of being fined 20K, no opportunities for bonuses, no special perks which sets the company apart, standard holiday days offered, not a very supportive company all round, does not genuinely care for its employees
