1. In contract, you are not their employee, you are FDM's product for sell to their clients
2. In contract, you can't say no to their arrangement, if they want to send you to somewhere you don't want to go.
3. In contract, you have to stay with FDM for 2 years if you are got a chance to work with a clients. The salary is £22,000 p.a. for the first year and £24,000 for the second year. In the meantime, if you leave FDM, you have to pay £20,000 to FDM as to cover their lost.
4. The sales floor in FDM don't really care about you. All they want is to sell you as a "product" to their clients.
5. If you reject the arrangement from FDM, their HR will put you in a room with the contract you sign and say either you have to pay £20,000 or follow their arrangement.
