Supportive and collaborative work environment where colleagues from Kochi as well as from Germany are always willing to help. The culture is very open and there is no strict senior or junior structure, as the company follows a flat hierarchy. Work life balance is well maintained with flexible and understanding management.

No major cons experienced yet. I’ve only been here for a few months, and my experience has been smooth.
