Great atmosphere, flexible hours , Hybrid work from home and office, great pay, diverse staff, supportive staff, good benefits

I've learned a lot here and currently have no cons to list.

Co-workers are nice, the work itself can be interesting

Terrible pay, no work life balance. There is a large expectation on constant work, and a large disregard for staff's personal life. When I took time off and reminded them I would be without cell service, as I would be hiking the rural Appalachians, they scolded me saying there was no excuse not to work on my vacation and that I should be accessible at all times. The pay is terrible, and it's clear the only thing they value is money.
