      Flexible about availability and hours, worked remotely full time

      Cons

      Benefits seem to be awful since bought by Omnicom (ex. unlimited PTO is now 2 weeks vacation), but as a freelancer you don't get benefits. Team morale has gone down

      Pros

      FCB Health (an IPG Health Company) So many opportunities for advancement. Christmas break ended in the new year. Unlimited FTO. Remote work. 401k match + Discretionary Performance, bonuses, Diversity community groups, The company constantly won the Best Place to Work award. Amazing CEO.

      Cons

      They recently were acquired. Many of the perks did not transfer.
