      Good pay, good benefits, great atmosphere

      Cons

      Brought in some management that totally destroyed the user experience for users. As a company, we were supposed to be doing the hard stuff to make user's lives easier, but all this company wants to do is make life easier for the employees. Totally off base vision.

      Pros

      Great management, remote work, some flexibility in schedule, great benefits and PTO, employee owned company. Work can be stressful at times but there is a great support system.

      Cons

      Large workload with high performance expectations which can be stressful at times and require working long hours. No overtime pay.

      Compensation is competitive, onboarding was relatively smooth

      Cons

      Unreasonable performance goals were set really early, performance evaluation inexplicably went from great to unacceptable, basically set up to fail.
