Management teams really don’t know what they are doing anymore. A lot of Failed initiatives, it seems that they don’t have any idea how the luxury market works anymore.. They are also rude, and really don’t care about you or your suggestion (but they tell they care tho 😂). Low salary, no bonus and no progression. They are out of money so they promote simple engineers and most of the times bad engineers to team leads just to pay less .. so what is happening right now in Portuguese we called: ‘Colher o que plantaram.’.
