Last year, we implemented our GO FAR framework to provide more clarity around our people processes whilst also encouraging increased communication and transparency regarding how Farfetchers can evolve and develop their careers with us. Finally, we believe time management and the time we spend in meetings directly impacts our ability to thrive.
