At FARFETCH, we're growing at an exceptional rate and understand there is always room for improvement. We provide several global training programmes for managers and senior leaders to ensure our people feel heard and supported. Last year, we implemented our GO FAR framework to provide more clarity around our people processes whilst also encouraging increased communication and transparency regarding how Farfetchers can evolve and develop their careers with us. Finally, we believe time management and the time we spend in meetings directly impacts our ability to thrive. To ensure all meetings are meaningful and have a purpose, we launched a set of principles designed to support and guide our people in improving meeting culture.
