Pros
- The coworkers were genuinely great, probably the only reason I stayed longer than i should have
- Fun, supportive teammates who actually understand teamwork (something management might want to take notes on)
Cons
-Management… where do I even begin? Calling it chaotic feels like a compliment.
-There was an incident where staff were asked to personally pay for cash shortages thousands in value. Yes, thousands.
- When CCTV footage was requested (you know, the logical thing to verify what really happened), suddenly there were endless excuses “technical issues” everything except accountability.
- Some managers were so astonishingly insensitive that they even suggested “ask your parents for money” to cover the difference. Very professional, right?
- Basic managerial skills were missing; in many cases, the staff understood the job far better than the people supposed to be leading them.
- Respect for employees was nonexistent. Empathy was also apparently not included in the job description.
