FAIST is a very entrepenuriel environment where merit is the key to success, the culture is positive and people smile while they are at work...a big plus! The work is very interesting and rewarding, its great to know your efforts are being used every day in millions of peoples lives without them knowing about your contribution to their transport or communications equipment!! :-)
Cons
The company operates in a very demanding industry so there is always a lot to do and pressure to deliver on time at the right quality
