As a leading company in the emerging renewable energy sector, we are on the front lines doing our best to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels. We exist to provide solutions to the world's energy problems. The management team is committed to creating a healthy organization. What that means to us is clarity of our mission and values throughout the organization and a commitment to eliminating politics inside the company.

Strategy is about choices, and it is sometimes very hard to say no. When we don't do an outstanding job of setting and sticking with our priorities, it can create stress and confusion inside the company. It's my job to strike the right balance here, and we work on it every day.
