      Pros

      Pay is good, benefits are decent. Leave time is excellent.

      Cons

      The longer you're here the harder it is to get any type of pay increases, including cost of living increases. You must either get continual promotions and plan on moving or you top out and don't even get cost of living increases when the rest of the federal workforce gets one.
