      Pros

      Amazing leave, health benefits and telework. Plenty of money to spend on investments.

      Cons

      WAY too many employees making rules and processes that take short activities and turn them into layers of approvals. Death by committee. Inability to implement anything new because there are too many layers of old stuff we can't let go of.
