      One on one focused coaching in a group class setting. Great community environment. And great opportunity to grow as a coach and learn from other coaches when studuos allow 2 coaches per class.

      Cons

      Tough to grow as a coach if coaching solo as they do in some studios.

      Great working environment with amazing coworker and members. Learn a lot about fitness, communications and relationship building.

      Sometimes have to work early morning classes.
