Pros

Easy job you don’t have to think up a class however you can’t really modify exercises that are what I felt unsafe due to the exercises being shown on the screens

Cons

Worked from 4.45am to 7am, then was expected to do all admin, sales & promotions during business hours. Then fill in for another lead trainer or the managers classes frequently at 9-10.30am & afternoon/evening 4-7pm. They illegally underpaid me by not paying the correct rate as I wasn’t getting 10 hrs break between shifts. Made heaps of sales with no commission paid out. The owner yelled at me during a class & acted unprofessionally on a regular basis.

Pros

The members are what make F45 worth showing up to. The energy in the room is genuinely positive and you build real camaraderie with the people around you. The workouts themselves are well-designed, fun, and keep you engaged coaches do a great job keeping the energy up and making sessions feel dynamic.

Cons

The ownership's constant push to grow the membership base ended up working against the experience. Classes got so large that it was sometimes impossible to fit everyone in, yet they kept signing up new members. That kind of overcrowding makes it hard to get the most out of your workout — you're navigating space rather than focusing on form and performance. What started as a great atmosphere gradually felt more like a numbers game than a fitness community.
