      Pros

      F24 is a great place to work ! Because of the good work atmosphere and the pleasant and skilled colleagues. Because of the recognition of the work we accomplish. Managers take into account the employees'notices. Everything is scheduled and well organized for eveyone.

      - great people - best-in-class solutions - great reputation - very strong customer base in Europe

      Cons

      - operating a pretty much a niche market - strongly investor (private equity) driven - lots of acquisitions -> sometimes time is missing to integrate these and their solutions
