Pros
I now appreciate the company I currently work for more than I probably would and FAW made me appreciate my former employer a lot more too.
Cons
I wouldn't work here they not only treat the employees like they are robots, but they also treat the subcontractors like crap. I would try to avoid doing business with them at all costs.
