      Pros

      Flexible schedule Lunch provided 3 days a week.

      Cons

      Terrible culture (they think its amazing) but game rooms, snacks, and beer taps isnt company culture, those are perks. In fact, the culture would best be described as Toxic. Compensation, especially on the sales side is far below market (though they think it is on par)

      + Great people + Full work autonomy + Work flexibility (WFH, in office, flexible hours) + Great perks (catered lunches, game room, etc)

      - You're working in online ads, mostly, which isn't my life's purpose

      * Toxic startup culture * "Flat hierarchy" means no structured management or clear deadlines * Constant miscommunication of expectations * Unlimited PTO but social shaming if you actually use it
