      Pros

      + Friendly coworkers + Culture of continuous improvement + Lots of fun to be had at work (game room, social events) + Cutting edge tech + Incredibly flexible (WFH, unlimited PTO)

      Cons

      - Not a lot of structure, and some people really struggle with this. It worked great for me, because I viewed it as being trusted and empowered by management, but it's definitely not for everyone

      * Toxic startup culture * "Flat hierarchy" means no structured management or clear deadlines * Constant miscommunication of expectations * Unlimited PTO but social shaming if you actually use it
