- A small chain with 15 stores nation wide run worser than an independently owned business - All stores operate differently like individual company - No structure, vision, and culture what so ever - No directions from Upper management - No training resources provide to managers nor employees - Penalized employees by deducting or withheld their wages if they made a mistake. For example, fraudulent credit card transactions causing charged back - Owner, CEO, and AP/AR treat employees based on favouritism - Lots of workplace politics - No HR department of require assistance
