Poor Management | Dubious Hiring practices - Software Manufacturing Applications (MES) Consultant Eyelit Technologies Employee Review

Pros

International employee base with unique skillsets who are actively trying to improve company metrics and culture.

Cons

Power-hungry & oftentimes rude/brash CEO which leads to a lack of delegation of responsibility and empathetically speaking probably leads to him being more rude/brash to employees. Headquarter office consists of either family members or attractive women. Employees are discarded often, there was constant talk about what employees were getting fired. Hiring managers used every avenue possible to negotiate a lower salary to the point that I became fearful of giving my personal information out to HR for worry that it may be a scam(admittedly that should have been a red flag).

Pros

Many opportunities for career growth. Merit and recognition programs in place to stay motivated. Team collaboration highly encouraged. Positive and supportive leadership. Company-wide transparency is great.

Cons

Very dynamic and fast evolving company with corporate structure changes can be intimidating. Global presence across different lines of business makes for more complex work environment. Deadlines can be tight which can bring on stress but expectations are usually communicated in advance.

Pros

Opportunities to contribute to foundational processes of a growing company, company has shown increased levels of maturity during my tenure through improved operational processes, specifically recurring performance and compensation reviews, opportunities to provide regular feedback, and increased understanding of responsibility and value of one's role and department.

Cons

Lack of clarity of sales momentum, perception of a lot of senior management and not enough individual contributors, continued feeling of siloed operations and thinking due to overall company structure in that CEO has too many direct reports.
