Pros

I have worked approx 1 year As per there company policy they deduct 750 rs from my monthly salary and told me you will get your money in full and final but it's almost gone 1 year they not give my money and when I ask to give they always say we will do it please mail me. I have already send them 10 mails but they didn't reply any thing..... very fake peoples be aware.... don't trust on these peoples

We are disappointed with your strong remarks - 'very fake people', 'its fraud' etc. Kindly elaborate the issue you have had so that we can find a solution, if not already solved. Is there a deduction of 750 in your salary or are you referring to annual incentives ? Please revert so that we can resolve this.

Pros

My experience here enabled me to develop a strong grasp of the finer aspects of recruitment, driven by the mentorship and guidance of senior team members. The environment was challenging, but the pressure was constructive and enhanced the overall learning curve. Today, as I head the Talent Acquisition function at a corporate firm, I attribute that foundation to this organization.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to stretched bandwidth, especially when handling multiple mandates simultaneously.
