Esthetican work - Licensed Esthetician Eyebrow Plus Employee Review

I had a great experience at Eyebrow Plus. They provided on-site training and had some easy going co-workers. Health insurance benefits for full time employee is also a plus. In summary, everyone is customer centric and helpful, and my pay was gradually increased as my sales and skills got better.

Sometimes handling customers can be stressful

The owner is his own worst enemy. As a manager, I was not able to manage because the owner was not able to step back and let me do my job. I had to teach employees to start with the basics like hygiene and wearing deodorant. I was disgusted at the things I seen going on there in the kiosk especially with the use of unsanitary tools and good luck, trying to enforce rules. If the owner let the managers do their job, it could actually be a decent place to work, but it is definitely a TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT.
