Great place to learn and grow - Manager Eyebrow Plus Employee Review

Eyebrow plus is a great small business. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel like family. Shes wonderful at what she does and is a great teacher.

I don't have any cons besides business being too slow, but given the climate of our economy right now I can't fault her.

The owner is his own worst enemy. As a manager, I was not able to manage because the owner was not able to step back and let me do my job. I had to teach employees to start with the basics like hygiene and wearing deodorant. I was disgusted at the things I seen going on there in the kiosk especially with the use of unsanitary tools and good luck, trying to enforce rules. If the owner let the managers do their job, it could actually be a decent place to work, but it is definitely a TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT.
